Bynji Terms of Use

Bynji is provided as a local browser utility for recording viewing history and playback progress. By installing or using Bynji, you agree to use it lawfully and consistently with the terms of the websites and services you choose to visit.
No media service or affiliation
Bynji does not provide, host, download, or license video. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the websites, media services, studios, or titles that may appear in a user's private Library. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Your data, sync, and backups
You control your data, including deletion, exports, and local folder mirroring. You are responsible for protecting exported and synchronized files and for maintaining backups appropriate to your needs.
Availability and warranty
Websites and browser behavior change. Bynji is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, universal compatibility, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Bynji developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary loss arising from use of the extension, loss of locally stored data, or third-party websites. Nothing limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Donations
Donations are voluntary support for development. They do not purchase ownership, guaranteed features, service levels, or influence over product decisions. Payment processing is governed by the chosen payment provider's terms.

Material changes will update these terms and their effective date. The current contact method is provided in the Privacy Policy.
